A KLM Boeing 737-700, registration PH-BGL performing flight
KL-1358 from Prague (Czech Republic) to Amsterdam (Netherlands) with 83 people on board, was descending towards Amsterdam's runway 18C when the crew donned their oxygen masks, declared PAN PAN reporting an electrical rubber smell in the cockpit. ATC immediately offered runway 27 which the crew accepted. The aircraft landed safely on runway 27 about 9 minutes later, vacated the runway and stopped clear of the runway for an inspection by emergency services.
The aircraft returned to service about 15 hours after landing.
