A LOT Polish Airlines de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration SP-EQL performing flight LO-3501 from Gdansk to Krakow (Poland) with 82 people on board, was climbing through FL060 out of Gdansk's runway 29 when the crew declared Mayday subsequently reporting "Engine 1 Engine 2 failure", the aircraft was able to maintain altitude however.
