5Y-110 from Atlanta,GA to Cincinnati,KY (USA) with 2 crew, departed Atlanta's runway 28, climbed to FL350 enroute and landed on Cincinnati Covington's Northern Kentucky Airport's runway 36R about 60 minutes later.
The FAA reported: "AIRCRAFT STRUCK A BIRD WHILE ENROUTE CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE NOSE, COVINGTON, KY (CVG)".
