7R-333 from Kaliningrad to Petrozavodsk (Russia) with 48 passengers and 3 crew, was in the initial climb out of Kaliningrad's runway 24 when the crew stopped the climb at 5000 feet due to being unable to retract the landing gear. The aircraft entered a hold at 5000 feet for about one hour in order to burn off fuel, then returned to land about 75 minutes after departure.
