We profoundly apologize for the service outage between 13:50Z and 16:00Z today.
A earth leakage circuit breaker tripped today in the output power circuit for the UPS and servers following the failure of a power supply for one of the external RAID subsystems.
We needed to replace that power supply to get the server back up, which took its while, and then the server did its usual routine of checking its file system after such an unclean shutdown.
Right now, we are back up and running again and we do not expect another outage (crossing fingers!).
Once again sorry for the service interruption this afternoon (European time).
