A Singapore Airlines Boeing 787-10, registration 9V-SCL performing flight
SQ-216 from Perth,WA (Australia) to Singapore (Singapore), was enroute at FL360 over Indonesia when the aircraft was hit by two lightnings. The aircraft continued to Singapore for a safe landing about 4:45 hours after departure from Perth.
The aircraft is still on the ground in Singapore (Jul 12th 2023).

SQ-216/Jun 26th 2023 (Jun 25th 2023 UTC) reported: "When flying over Indonesia the aircraft was struck by lightning twice, first strike was minor however the second was major and led to a large thud in the cabin and a very bright flash."
