A Sita Air Dornier Do-228, registration 9N-AHB performing a flight from Nepalgunj to Simikot (Nepal) with 17 people on board, was accelerating for takeoff from Nepalgunj when the aircraft collided with 3 wild boars prompting the crew to reject takeoff due to problems with the nose gear. The aircraft came to a stop with the nose gear partially collapsed/bent backwards and damage to the underside of the fuselage. There were no injuries to the aircraft occupants, tThe 3 wild pigs did not survive.
