A Skyline Express Airline Boeing 737-800, registration UR-SLH performing flight
QU-3624 from Hurghada (Egypt) to Budapest (Hungary), was on approach to Budapest when the crew extended the flaps to 1 degrees, however, the flaps became stuck between 0 and 1 degrees due to a flap disagreement. The crew aborted the approach, entered a hold and performed an alternate flap extension to 15 degrees. The aircraft subsequently landed safely on Budapest's runway 31R.
Ukraine's NBAAI reported maintenance by "Lufthansa Technik" performed the fault isolation procedures resulting in no fault found. After confirming the flap system's readiness to operate, the aircraft was released to service.
