DL-4240 from Fort Wayne,IN to Minneapolis,MN (USA), was enroute at FL300 about 80nm east of La Crosse,WI (USA) when the crew initiated an emergency descent to 10,000 feet due to the loss of cabin pressure. The aircraft diverted to La Crosse for a safe landing about 20 minutes later.
