AA-3130 from Phoenix,AZ to Arcata,CA (USA) with 54 people on board, was enroute at FL360 about 100nm northeast of Fresno,CA (USA) when one of the windshields cracked prompting the crew to descend the aircraft to FL200 and divert to Fresno for a safe landing on runway 29R about 35 minutes after leaving FL360.
A replacement CRJ-700 registration N716SK reached Arcata with a delay of 2:15 hours.
The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Fresno about 12 hours after landing.
