A Smartwings Boeing 737-800, registration OK-TVV performing flight
QS-4112 from Prague (Czech Republic) to Ras Al Khaimah (United Arab Emirates), was climbing through about FL150 when the crew noticed whistling noises from the L2 cockpit window. The crew continued the climb, the noise however did not stop even at FL330 prompting the crew to consult with maintenance. It was decided to divert the aircraft to Brno (Czech Republic), where the aircraft landed safely on runway 09 about 25 minutes after leaving FL330.
The Czech UZPLN reported maintenance made adjustments to the window and returned the aircraft to service.
The aircraft remained on the ground in Brno for 35 hours.
