A Smartwings Boeing 737-800, registration OK-TVW performing flight QS-1240 from Prague (Czech Republic) to Hurghada (Egypt), was climbing out of Prague when the crew received an indication "FEEL PRESS DIFF" and a master caution. The crew performed the related checklists, consulted with maintenance, levelled off at FL270 and decided to return to Prague for a safe landing about 30 minutes after departure.

Czechia's UZPLN reported maintenance found debris (insect larvae and dust) in the static ports.

A replacement Boeing 737-800 registration OK-TSO reached Hurghada with a delay of about 4 hours.
