A Spirit Airlines Airbus A320-200, registration N621NK performing flight
NK-2078 from Orlando,FL to Baltimore,MD (USA) with 188 people on board, was climbing out of Orlando's runway 36R, when the crew reported they had a left hand engine (V2527) stall and needed to return. The aircraft levelled off at 5000 feet and landed safely on Orlando's runway 35L about 15 minutes after departure.
A replacement Airbus A320-200N registration N968NK reached Baltimore with a delay of 7.5 hours.
The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Orlando about 38 hours after landing back.
