A Transavia France Boeing 737-800, registration F-HTVN performing flight TO-103 from Prague (Czech Republic) to Paris Orly (France), was climbing out of Prague's runway 24 when the crew stopped the climb at FL170 due to a cabin altitude warning. The aircraft descended to FL100 and returned to Prague for a safe landing on runway 24 about 40 minutes after departure.
Czechia's UZPLN reported maintenance found excessive wear on the left main cabin door at the top door attachment. In addition a crack was found in the seal on the underside of the door.
