A Transaviabaltika Let L-410, registration LY-AVZ performing flight KTB-311 from Minsk National (Belarus) to Vilnius (Lithuania), landed on Vilnius' runway 19 at 14:19L (11:19Z) but burst a tyre and subsequently veered left off the runway onto a paved surface that used to be a former runway. There were no injuries, the aircraft sustained minor damage.
The airport was closed for about 90 minutes until the aircraft was towed to the apron.
