A Transcarga International Airways Airbus A300-B4 freighter, registration YV562T performing flight T9-1522 from Caracas (Venezuela) to Bogota (Colombia), was climbing towards cruise level when a number of instruments for navigation failed causing autopilot and flight director to disconnect. The crew worked the related checklists and returned to Caracas for a safe landing.
Venezuela's AIB reported on Feb 3rd 2022 the occurrence was rated an incident and is being investigated.
