A TUI Airlines Belgium Boeing 767-300, registration OO-JNL performing flight
TB-1564 from Fuerteventura,CI (Spain) to Brussels (Belgium) with 171 people on board, was on approach to Brussels's runway 19 having already intercepted the localizer, when the crew requested to maintain 3000 feet and runway heading, then declared PAN PAN reporting a flaps indication. The aircraft entered a hold for about 25 minutes, then positioned for another ILS approach to runway 19 and landed safely at a normal speed.
The aircraft is still on the ground in Brussels about 25 hours after landing.
