An Ultra Air Airbus A320-200, registration HK-5413 performing flight OL-5355 from San Andres to Cali (Colombia), was descending towards Cali following the RNP STAR ASIKO 1C direct to RNAV waypoint CL807, when descending through about 9800 feet about 17nm southwest of the airport the crew received a reactive GPWS indication. The crew initiated TOGA and climbed the aircraft to 12,000 feet, subsequently intercept the ILS at 6000 feet and landed safely on Cali's runway 02.
Colombia's DIACC reported the aircraft had descended to 1570 feet radar altitude above terrain. The occurrence was rated a serious incident and is being investigated.
