A United Boeing 737-800, registration N37255 performing flight UA-1186 from Austin,TX to Denver,CO (USA) with 120 people on board, was climbing out of Austin's runway 18R when the crew levelled off at 4000 feet reporting they had a door bleed and a pressurization issue. The crew requested vectoring to burn off fuel and a long approach for the return and later declared emergency. The aircraft subsequently positioned for an approach to runway 18R about 30 minutes after departure.

A replacement Boeing 737-800 registration N77296 reached Denver with a delay of about 7:20 hours.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Austin about 19 hours after landing back.
