A UPS United Parcel Service Boeing 767-300 freighter, registration N915UP performing flight 5X-5326 from Louisville,KY to Orlando,FL (USA), was climbing through about FL310 out of Louisville when the crew decided to return to Louisville for a safe landing on runway 17L about 40 minutes after departure.

The Aviation Herald received information that the aircraft suffered a failure of a pitot heater.

The aircraft is still on the ground in Louisville about 19 hours after landing back.
