A UPS United Parcel Service Boeing 767-300 freighter, registration N336UP performing flight 5X-401 from Miami,FL to Louisville,KY (USA), was climbing out of Miami when the crew stopped the climb at 9000 feet reporting they had a forward cargo door warning. After consulting with maintenance and dispatch the crew decided to return to Miami and landed safely back on runway 08R about 45 minutes after departure.
The aircraft remained on the ground in Miami for about 80 minutes, then departed again to Louisville this time as flight 5X-3403.
