5X-2084 from Ontario,CA to Newark,NJ (USA), was enroute at FL370 about 110nm northwest of Phoenix,AZ (USA) when the crew declared emergency reporting the failure of the left hand engine (CF6). The aircraft diverted to Phoenix for a safe landing on runway 26 about 30 minutes after leaving FL370.
The aircraft is still on the ground in Phoenix about 67 hours (almost 3 days) after landing.
