A UTAir Antonov AN-74 on behalf of United Nations, registration RA-74032 performing flight UNO-51P from Bamako to Timbuktu (Mali), landed on Timbuktu's runway when during the roll out the left forward tyre of the left main gear burst. The aircraft came to a stop on the runway and was towed off the runway.
Rosaviatsia reported post flight examination revealed damage to the wheel disc and the tyre. There had been no faults during the flight until after touch down.
