A UTAir Antonov AN-74 on behalf of UNO United Nations Organization, registration RA-74051 performing flight UNO-306P from Bangui to Bouar (Central African Republic) with 5 crew and 2 technicians on board, was climbing out of Bangui when airspeed indications as well as altitude indications failed. The crew decided to abort the positioning flight and returned to Bangui for a safe landing.
