A VoePass Avions de Transport Regional ATR-72-212A, registration PP-PTO performing flight P3-2323 from Ribeirao Preto,SP to Uberlandia,MG (Brazil) with 31 passengers and 4 crew, was climbing out of Ribeirao Preto when the crew stopped the climb at about FL110 due to a cracked windshield and returned to Ribeirao Preto for a safe landing.
Brazil's CENIPA rated the occurrence an incident.
The occurrence aircraft returned to service about 14 hours later.
