An Aeromexico Boeing 787-9, registration XA-ADH performing flight AM-4 from Paris Charles de Gaulle (France) to Mexico City (Mexico), was enroute at FL320 about 500nm northwest of Paris and about 50nm north of Belfast,NI (UK) when the crew reported the left hand engine (GEnx) had lost about half of its thrust and decided to return to Paris. The aircraft drifted down to FL200 and landed safely back on CDG's runway 08L about 85 minutes after leaving FL320.

The aircraft is still on the ground in Paris about 18 hours after landing back.
