An Avianca Cargo Mexico Airbus A330-300 freighter, registration N337QT performing flight 4R-4274 from San Pedro Sula (Honduras) to Miami,FL (USA), was taxiing for departure backtracking runway 22. While turning around to line up runway 22 the nose gear went off paved surface. The aircraft became disabled with the nose gear on the grass.
