An Azul Linhas Aereas Embraer ERJ-195, registration PR-AYU performing flight
AD-2514 from Corumba,MS to Bonito,MS (Brazil), was enroute at FL380 near Campo Grande,MS (Brazil) when the crew received a "AVNX MAU 2B FAIL" message, at the same time the transponder signal failed. The aircraft diverted to Campo Grande for a safe landing.
Brazil's CENIPA rated the occurrence an incident.
The aircraft returned to service about 20 hours after landing.
