A British Airways Airbus A320-200, registration G-EUUP performing flight
BA-417 from Luxembourg (Luxembourg) to London Heathrow,EN (UK), departed Luxembourg's runway 06, climbed to FL340 enroute and landed on Heathrow's runway 09L about one hour later.
The British AAIB reported a wing/fuselage panel detached in flight and was not found/recovered. The occurrence was rated a serious incident and is being investigated by the AAIB.
