The aircraft landed safely on Jacksonville's runway 26 about 25 minutes after leaving FL310.
A replacement Boeing 757-200 registration N659DL reached Atlanta with a delay of about 3 hours.
The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Jacksonville about 22 hours after landing.
