A Jazz de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration C-GGAH performing flight
QK-8287 from Toronto,ON to Timmins,ON (Canada) with 75 people on board, was climbing through 10,000 feet out of Toronto's runway 23 when the crew received a #2 hydraulic ISO valve fault. The crew worked the related checklists, declared PAN PAN, performed an alternate gear extension and returned to Toronto for a safe landing on runway 24R about 30 minutes after departure.
