A MyWay Boeing 777-200 on behalf of Air Senegal, registration 4L-MWB performing flight
HC-403 from Dakar (Senegal) to Paris Charles de Gaulle (France), was on approach to Paris' runway 08R when a bird flew his way into their way and collided with the aircraft. The crew continued for a safe landing on runway 08R.
The aircraft was unable to depart for its return flight, the flight was cancelled. The aircraft is still on the ground in Paris about 37 hours after landing.
The airline reported the aircraft suffered a bird strike on landing in Paris. Passengers on return flight HC-404 have been rebooked onto flight HC-404 of Aug 11th 2025.
