An Omni Air Boeing 767-300, registration N468AX performing flight
OY-271 from Seattle,WA (USA) to Misawa (Japan), was climbing out of Seattle's runway 16L when the aircraft dropped some sheet of metal. The aircraft continued the flight and landed safely in Misawa about 10 hours after departure.
The FAA reported: "AIRCRAFT DEPARTED AND LOST A SHEET OF METAL, SEATTLE, WA." and stated the damage was "UNKNOWN".
The aircraft is still on the ground in Misawa about 12.5 hours after landing.
