A Silk Way Boeing 747-400 freighter, registration 4K-SW008 performing flight 7L-904 from Tokyo Narita (Japan) to Baku (Azerbaijan), was accelerating for takeoff from Narita's runway 34L when the crew rejected takeoff at high speed (about 140 knots over ground). The aircraft slowed and vacated the runway via a high speed turnoff before stopping. The crew subsequently reported they had an engine #2 (RB211, inboard left hand) fire, both fire bottles had been discharged and they now think the fire was extinguished, however, they also had hot brakes and needed emergency services. Emergency services responded and cooled the brakes but could not prevent a number of tyres to deflate.
