A Skywest Embraer ERJ-175 on behalf of Alaska Airlines, registration N405SY performing flight
AS-3466 from Palm Springs,CA to Seattle,WA (USA), was on final approach to Seattle's runway 34R when the crew advised tower they were unsure about their gear status. Tower reported it appeared all three were down, otherwise maintaining routine communication. The crew continued for a safe landing with the RAM Air Turbine (RAT) deployed. Tower ordered a runway inspection. The aircraft taxied to the apron.
The aircraft remained on the ground for about 23 hours, then returned to service.
