TK-2184 from Istanbul to Ankara (Turkey), was climbing out of Istanbul when the crew stopped the climb at about 13,000 feet due to problems with the cabin pressure. The aircraft returned to Istanbul for a safe landing on runway 36 about 15 minutes after departure.
