A UPS United Parcel Service Boeing 757-200, registration N455UP performing flight 5X-9831 (dep Feb 17th) from Miami,FL to Louisville,KY (USA), was enroute at FL370 about 130nm southsoutheast of Atlanta,GA (USA) when the crew needed to shut the right hand engine (RB211) down. The aircraft diverted to Atlanta for a safe landing on runway 08R about 35 minutes later.

The aircraft is still on the ground in Atlanta about 14 hours after landing.
