A Voepass Linhas Aereas Avions de Transport Regional ATR-72-212A, registration PR-PDO performing flight 2Z-2264 from Sao Paulo Guarulhos,SP to Aracatuba,SP (Brazil) with 62 passengers and 4 crew, was climbing out of Guarulhos' runway 09L when unusual noises were heard from the fuselage. The crew levelled off at FL100 and decided to return to Guarulhos for a safe landing on runway 09R about 50 minutes after departure.

Brazil's CENIPA reported a pin in the nose gear had become loose. The aircraft received minor damage as result. No investigation was opened.

The aircraft remained on the ground for 2 hours, then departed again and reached Aracatuba with a delay of 3 hours.
