An American Airlines Boeing 777-200, registration N772AN performing flight AA-108 from Boston,MA (USA) to London Heathrow,EN (UK), was climbing out of Boston's runway 22R when the crew stopped the climb at 3000 feet reporting their gear was still in the locked down position, they could not bring it up. The aircraft subsequently climbed to 5000 feet and diverted to New York JFK,NY (USA) for a safe landing on runway 22L about 90 minutes after departure.
