An Azores Airlines Airbus A321-200N, registration CS-TSJ performing flight
S4-175 (dep Feb 3rd) from Porto to Ponta Delgada (Portugal), landed on Ponta Delgada's runway 12 but touched down hard at 00:04L (00:04Z). The aircraft rolled out without further incident.
Portugal's GPIAA reported the hard landing but stated, they only recorded the event and are not going to investigate (essentially rating the damage minor and the occurrence an incident).
The aircraft remained on the ground for about 17 hours, then returned to service.
