An Azul Linhas Aereas Airbus A320-200N, registration PR-YYI performing flight
AD-2420 from Sao Paulo Viracopos,SP to Cruz,CE (Brazil) with 158 passengers and 6 crew, was climbing out of Sao Paulo when the crew stopped the climb at FL280 due to problems with the cabin pressure. The crew subsequently decided to return to Viracopos Airport and landed safely on Viracopos' runway 15 about 65 minutes after departure.
Brazil's CENIPA reported the pressurization system failed.
