An Azul Linhas Aereas Embraer ERJ-195, registration PR-AXC performing flight
AD-2859 from Sao Paulo Viracopos,SP to Uberlandia,MG (Brazil) with 37 passengers and 5 crew, was climbing out of Viracopos when the crew received a fault message regarding the cabin pressurization. The crew worked the related checklist, restored the function and continued the climb. However, the same message occurred a second time in icy conditions prompting the crew to return to Viracopos Airport for a safe landing about 40 minutes after departure.
