AD-4540 from Sao Paulo Viracopos,SP to Rio de Janeiro Galeao,RJ (Brazil) with 97 passengers and 5 crew, was climbing out of Viracopos' runway 15 when the crew stopped the climb at FL140 reporting smell of smoke on board following by an "BLEED 1 FAIL" indication. The aircraft returned to Viracopos for a safe landing on runway 15 about 25 minutes after departure.
