BA-35 from London Heathrow,EN (UK) to Chennai (India) with 214 people on board, was climbing out of Heathrow's runway 27R when the crew stopped the climb at FL150 due to the flaps not fully retracting, maintaining low speed, and entered a hold to troubleshoot and dump fuel. The aircraft returned to Heathrow for a safe landing on runway 27L about 100 minutes after departure.
The rotation was cancelled.
The aircraft is still on the ground in London about 28 hours after landing back.
