An Air Canada Boeing 787-8, registration C-GHPX performing flight
AC-128 from Vancouver,BC to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 104 passengers and 10 crew, had just reached FL330 about 120nm eastnortheast of Vancouver when the right hand windshield cracked associated with a windshield heating system message. The crew worked the related checklists, declared PAN PAN and returned to Vancouver for a safe landing on Vancouver's runway 08R about 55 minutes after departure.
The Canadian TSB reported maintenance replaced the right hand windshield and the window heating controller.
