DL-1329 from Jacksonville,FL to Atlanta,GA (USA), was climbing out of Jacksonville's runway 08 when the crew stopped the climb at 3000 feet due to problems with the flaps and returned to Jacksonville for a safe landing on runway 08 about 40 minutes after departure.
A replacement Boeing 757-200 registration N6704Z reached Atlanta with a delay of about 3:45 hours.
