A Eurowings Airbus A320-200, registration 9H-EWB performing flight
EW-6870 from Palma Mallorca,SP (Spain) to Graz (Austria) with 169 people on board, was climbing out of Palma Mallorca's runway 24R when the crew stopped the climb at FL090 reporting a hydraulic failure. The aircraft burned off fuel and returned to Palma for a safe landing on runway 24L about 45 minutes after departure.
A ground observer reported the aircraft landed with the gear doors open.
Local media reported the aircraft lost "brake fluid".
