An Eurowings Europe Malta Airbus A320-200, registration 9H-EWD performing flight
EW-6870 from Palma Mallorca,SP (Spain) to Graz (Austria), was climbing out of Palma Mallorca's runway 24R when the aircraft received a bird strike prompting the crew to stop the climb at 5000 feet and return to Palma for a safe landing on runway 24L about one hour after departure.
The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Palma about 51 hours after landing back.
