GA-607 from Manado to Jakarta (Indonesia) with 88 people on board, was climbing through FL200 out of Manado when the crew stopped the climb due to one engine (CFM56) experiencing problems. The aircraft returned to Manado for a safe landing about 45 minutes after departure.
The aircraft is still on the ground in Manado about 9 hours after landing.
The airport reported the aircraft returned to Manado with engine problems.
