A KLM Boeing 777-300, registration PH-BVP performing flight KL-743 from Amsterdam (Netherlands) to Lima (Peru), was accelerating for takeoff from Amsterdam's runway 24 when the crew rejected takeoff at very low speed (about 15 knots over ground) reporting they heard a bang but had no indication of any anomaly. Tower reported they heard some strange noise, too. The aircraft waiting for next departure advised they could not see any anomaly with the aircraft. The crew reported while they had no indication of any anomaly they could feel on steering and rudder that something was wrong. Emergency services were dispatched and also could not find any anomaly. The aircraft vacated the runway and returned to the apron.

A replacement Boeing 777-300 registration PH-BVO reached Lima with a delay of about 3.5 hours.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Amsterdam about 31.5 hours after the rejected takeoff.
